Job Responsibilities and Qualifications


  • Construct exterior walls and roofs.
  • Create stairwells for residential structures.
  • Perform roughing tasks for interior walls and floors.
  • Handle tasks related to windows, trim, and soffits.
  • Contribute to the installation of cabinetry and doors.


  • Proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints and plans.
  • Precision in measuring, cutting, and shaping wood.
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Proven capability to excel in fast-paced environments.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of dedication and work ethic.
  • Display an eagerness to learn and embrace new challenges.

Educational Requirements:

  • Possess a High School diploma or GED.
