Master Carpenter Job Duties
Responsibilities:
- Leading crews through rough and finish carpentry tasks
- Building exterior walls, roofs and stair systems
- Directing complex interior framing and layout work
- Overseeing cabinetry, trim and door installation
- Completing quality checks and maintaining project pace
Required Skills:
- Expert print interpretation
- Advanced measurement, cutting and shaping
- Strong problem-solving on active job sites
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Qualifications:
