Job Requirements & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Interpret and work from blueprints and plans.
Shape and manipulate lumber to create structural components.
Construct frameworks using various fastening techniques.
Ensure the final product adheres to specifications and building codes.
Maintain job site cleanliness and manage waste disposal.
Diagnose and address issues, performing necessary repairs or adjustments.

Skills:

Mastery of blueprint interpretation.
Precision in measuring, cutting, and shaping wood.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Effective multitasking in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated diligence and a strong work ethic.
Eagerness and openness to acquiring new skills.

Education Requirements:

Attainment of a High School diploma or GED.
