Both hands-on roles offer competitive compensation while giving you the opportunity to work on major building assignments in Southeastern Wisconsin. All new hires are eligible for a $750 sign-on bonus (the amount may vary by position).

Job Requirements & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work from blueprints and plans.
- Shape and manipulate lumber to create structural components.
- Construct frameworks using various fastening techniques.
- Ensure the final product adheres to specifications and building codes.
- Maintain job site cleanliness and manage waste disposal.
- Diagnose and address issues, performing necessary repairs or adjustments.
Skills:
- Mastery of blueprint interpretation.
- Precision in measuring, cutting, and shaping wood.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective multitasking in fast-paced settings.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated diligence and a strong work ethic.
- Eagerness and openness to acquiring new skills.
Education:
- Attainment of a High School diploma or GED.
