Job Requirements & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work from blueprints and plans
- Shape lumber and building materials for structural components
- Construct frameworks using appropriate fastening methods
- Complete framing, rough carpentry or finish carpentry tasks based on project scope
- Maintain job site cleanliness and manage construction waste
- Identify problems on site and complete necessary repairs or adjustments
Skills:
- Blueprint interpretation
- Accurate measuring, cutting and shaping of wood materials
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work efficiently on active construction job sites
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn construction carpentry skills
Education:
