AMCSI is now hiring both entry-level and seasoned carpenters for profitable construction projects in Butler and the surrounding areas. Both hands-on roles offer competitive compensation while giving you the opportunity to work on major building assignments in Southeastern Wisconsin. All new hires are eligible for a $750 sign-on bonus (the amount may vary by position).

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and work from blueprints and plans.
  • Shape and manipulate lumber to create structural components.
  • Construct frameworks using various fastening techniques.
  • Ensure the final product adheres to specifications and building codes.
  • Maintain job site cleanliness and manage waste disposal.
  • Diagnose and address issues, performing necessary repairs or adjustments.

Skills:

  • Mastery of blueprint interpretation.
  • Precision in measuring, cutting, and shaping wood.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective multitasking in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated diligence and a strong work ethic.
  • Eagerness and openness to acquiring new skills.

Education:

  • Attainment of a High School diploma or GED.
