Baseline Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Measure, cut, and shape lumber into multiple structural components.
• Assemble the framework using nails, screws, and fasteners.
• Verify that the final work meets original specifications and is in compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and dispose of waste material properly.
• Troubleshoot any problems and make repairs or adjustments where needed.
